About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for Cost Centre Conversion Co-ordinator to join our Finance team on a max term basis.

You will be a part of a dynamic team and will be responsible to support the Finance Business Partners to achieve the conversion of Corps Based Social Cost Centres commencing with entity 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 18 to entity 51 before commencing the 2025/26 budget season.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to address operational inquiries from stakeholders, identify discrepancies, and recommend necessary adjustments.
Integrate current data from assets, payroll, fleet, IT, Systems Accounting, Banking, and AR/AP/PR Blackbaud/terminals into the new cost center.
Collaborate closely with Business Partners to optimize the numbering system for Corps Based Social cost centers.

About You

Key Capabilities:

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Economics beneficial but not required.
Must have intermediate level Excel experience.
Experience in working with management and subsidiary ledger owners engaging sound communication skills.
