About the role:
The Creative Services Coordinator will assist the Creative team in managing and trafficking creative assets for the full lifecycle of Roadshow products, spanning Theatrical, Home Entertainment, and Television. You will be a key player in the team, providing administrative team support and strengthening stakeholder relationships.
Key responsibilities include:

• Support the Creative team by raising purchase order requests, liaising with Accounts on invoice queries and any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as may be required
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assist in the delivery of creative assets
• Download supplied creative assets from studios and licensors and upload on to Roadshow’s digital asset management system (DAM)
• Brief in creative assets into external agencies, manage approvals with internal stakeholders to deliver against deadlines
• Work closely with various internal and external teams to localise and deliver various creative assets, including trailers, one sheets, digital platform suite assets, exhibitor marketing materials, and more!
• Support the Creative team by raising purchase order requests, liaising with Accounts on invoice queries and any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as may be required
• Be very organised with strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Maintain strong, cohesive relationships with key stakeholders that align with our department values
• Contribute to creative ideations and have a design thinking mindset

About you:
