About the role

To play a key role within the complete order to cash process as a credit control specialist.

To ensure payment to agreed terms, cash collection and management of aged debt claims and credit risk for Credit Team Manager

Key responsibilities include:

• Contribute to the development of Credit Control operations within Accolade Wines, driving down aged debt and improving overall DSO figures
• To ensure that all accounts are reconciled, and all queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently, including facilitating payment of overdue invoices
• To manage and ensure all customers outstanding debts are monitored and collected in accordance with authorised payment terms and targets
• To ensure that credit limits are adhered to, and credit limit reviews are conducted
  

What you’ll bring:

• 2-3 years’ experience working in an Accounts Receivable role
• Previous customer service experience is preferable
• Proven experience in effective negotiation and communication, both oral and written
• Exposure to modern ERP financial systems (eg JD Edwards) would be advantageous
