Our 3-2-1 Hybrid Working model:
- 3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,
- 2 days from an RACP office location per week,
- 1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.

The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) provides services to support the delivery of training, continuing professional development, and health policy and advocacy in Australia and New Zealand. This position is located in the Training Operations division and is responsible for supporting the Manager, Accreditation, Senior Executive Officer and Project Team in facilitating and implementing the annual RACP Accreditation cycle and support the day-to-day operations of the team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Co-ordinate administration in relation to the annual accreditation cycle of training settings to support the day-to-day operations of the unit and ensure the accreditation status of training settings is current and accurate.
- Provide advice and support regarding requirements for accreditation of training settings to Directors of Physician Education, supervisors and administrative support staff.
- Provide high-level secretariat services to Accreditation Subcommittees including facilitation of meetings and drafting of reports and correspondence to support the work of the Subcommittees.
- Collaborate with Subcommittees to ensure that committee members are fully informed of their roles and responsibilities and succession plans are considered to ensure the Subcommittees are able to effectively perform their duties.
- Contribute to the development of effective working relationships with key stakeholders to support communication between the College and its stakeholders.
- Train and mentor staff to support the Senior Executive Officer build and maintain an effective team.
- Contribute to and participate in projects as required including accreditation program development, process improvement and policy development.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as directed by the Senior Executive Officer, Site Accreditation.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a professional team.
- Demonstrated high level computer skills and experience with Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and Outlook.
