Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and returns.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge and service changes.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent, further education or certifications are a plus.
