We will count on you to:

• Monitor Data Quality action plans in collaboration with the PAC Region, global MDS and Operations Teams
• Perform data analysis to identify patterns, adherence to concepts, outliers and inconsistencies
• Develop data projects and strategy presentations to be presented to a C-suite audience
• Communicate data results to regional and global leaders

What you need to have:

• Continuous improvement / PDCA, Kayen, DMAIC, BPM, BPMN
• KPIs / OKRS experience
• Intermediate Excel (Proc V, Pivot Table, use of functions, knowing how to reverse engineer on Excel that was previously built)
• Project Management experience PMP / Waterfall project management
• Agile project management / Scrum
• Dashboard development (Tableau or Power BI or Qlik or competitor)
• Organised and succinct communication for a C-suite audience
• RASCI Experience or roles and responsibilities matrices
