Key Responsibilities
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads, ensuring strong ROI.
- AI-Driven Marketing: Utilize AI tools and platforms to enhance marketing efficiency, personalize customer experiences, and predict market trends. Implement AI-driven strategies for audience segmentation, automated ad bidding, and content optimization.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools, including AI-powered insights, to track KPIs and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Provide actionable insights to guide strategy.
- Campaign Optimization: Use data-driven insights and AI tools to continuously improve campaign performance through A/B testing, predictive analytics, and other advanced strategies.
- Campaign Design and Execution: Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels to boost brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Content Creation: Partner with the content team to produce engaging marketing materials, including ad copies, landing pages, blog posts, and email newsletters.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in campaign design and execution.
- Expertise in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Experience working within the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) framework.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms used in marketing, such as automated bidding systems, AI-driven analytics, or machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with Hub Spot.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design, content creation, and copywriting.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
