The Opportunity
A newly created position as a Digital Program Manager has become available. In this role, you will lead, influence and direct our Funds and Investment Management teams in Real Estate to ensure digital and technology is embedded across QIC's portfolio of assets. Holding a commercial mindset, your primary objective is to ensure all technology is focused on value creation, asset/centre performance and help QIC gain a competitive edge in the market. Through effective partnership, strong governance and risk management, you will contribute to the prosperity for our clients, people and communities.

Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure all digital and technology across QIC Real Estate is aligned and integrate the commercial, operational, and technical requirements of our clients, partners, guests and buildings.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including People & Culture and IT to ensuring compliance with QIC's guidelines and providing educations and training.
- Responsible for administering the Digital Sub-Committee meeting and ensuring all requirements are ready for presentations to Technology Governance committee
- Represent the Digital team in workshops and off-sites to ensure alignment of Real Estate's digital and technology strategy, particularly for the Cross River Rail Development.
- Support the business case process for new initiatives ensuring the technology and digital cost/benefit, delivery approach, and risks are fully considered.
- Manage external stakeholders, including digital partners and vendor relationships on the execution of digital initiatives.
- Generate reports on the performance of Real Estate's digital products and services against agreed KPIs.
- Promote cybersecurity awareness and compliance across Real Estate.
About You
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to resolve problems and improve system and procedural efficiencies.
- With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will have the ability to confidently engage with QIC Board, Investors and Senior Management.
- Proven track record of collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks effectively, consistently delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Willing to challenge the status quo and unite teams in a collaborative journey to find commercially effective solutions.
