We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Employment Coach to delivery Disability Employment Services (DES) to our participants. This is a full time role working from our Sunshine office.
Part of your role will be coaching and facilitating the program to create real opportunities, to assist in the development of job ready skills, build confidence, engage with technology and skills to become more competitive in the local labour market.
Requirements of the role:

Previous experience in coaching or facilitating (Disability)
Must be able to network with potential employers and build relationships.
Confident promoting the DES program to employment services providers
Proficient with technology

You should be able to demonstrate the following skills:

Dynamic coach with the ability to engage and motivate all learner types at all levels
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to promote our clients to potential employers
Ability to adapt to the moving requirements of the participant
Ability to follow policies and procedures
The ability to work unsupervised, complemented by strong time management skills
Professional presentation
Vietnamese speaking applicants highly regarded
