Melbourne True care is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join the team, for our participant located Webberton WA.
We are looking for competent healthcare workers who possess the right empathy, interpersonal skills, ethics, and work experience with participants living with challenging disabilities. You will get a full roster line. The roster will balance across these shifts. The workplace depends on the participants' requirements. For example the homes of participants, or the organization's accommodations.

You will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Supporting participants with personal hygiene, self-care, meal preparation, general tasks and domestic duties.
• Maintaining cleanliness.
• completing shift progress notes.
• Assistance with social/recreational and community access services
• Emotion, positive, and professional rapport building
• Maintaining professional boundaries

Requirements for this role:

• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Current National Police Check
• Current Working with Children's Check
• Have the availability to work all shifts (morning/afternoon/active nights/weekends)
• Valid Australian Drivers License and comprehensively insured vehicle
• Minimum Cert III in Individual Support (Disability)
• The right to work in Australia.
