1. Customer Service:
· Liaise with customers to meet and co-ordinate required deadlines.
· Communicate with customer any delay’s or changes to schedule.
· Attend to customer enquires including face to face, emails & phone calls.
· Serve customers when required.
2. Dispatch
· Co-Ordinate & allocate all deliveries.
· Allocate and maintain stock for incoming goods when required.
· Checking out going deliveries when required.

• Coordinates and plans truck movements efficiently to meet client appointments and timeslots.
• Utilise and understand computer systems for allocating.
• Interaction with customers and truck drivers.
• Ensure weights are properly calculated to avoid exceeding gross weight carrying capacity.
• Keep office in a neat & tidy manner.
• Maintain high level of professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
