The Opportunity:
As a DC Night Shift Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, responsible for assisting in the implementation of cutting-edge training programs, enhancing your team's skills and performance.
You'll also be instrumental in fostering a thriving work culture that places safety, efficiency, and excellence at its core.
We are now offering a rare opportunity to join our night shift team, working 10.00pm - 6.00am Monday to Friday.
This isn't just a job; it's a chance to take the reins of a dedicated section within our bustling warehouse function, working largely autonomously as you oversee the after hours operations and steer our warehouse toward maximum efficiency.
Success in this role means achieving ambitious business targets, maintaining compliance, and maximising productivity, all while championing a safe working environment.

Roster: 10:00pm - 6:00am Monday to Friday
Role Located: Welshpool, WA

What we are looking for:

High-level skills in a warehouse operator or inventory/dispatch role
Proven strong people management skills
Previous workplace leadership position essential
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work as part of a dynamic team environment and leading cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently, following written instructions
Valid LF Forklift and/or LO Order Picker license preferred.
