The Opportunity:
The purpose of the Fleet Manager is to become familiar with our customers’ needs, suggest/implement improvements for increased efficiencies and provide a timely and professional response to customer enquiries securing maximum market share of machine, parts and service sales. Furthermore, the Fleet Manager will be responsible for guiding and assisting Komatsu Service Technicians on site along with developing our people’s skills and improving the Service Departments work flow.
Roster: Monday to Friday
Role Located: Emerald and Whitehaven Coal Mine

- Experience with supervising a work group
- A Self-starter who is able to achieve goals unsupervised
- A person who is focused on positive customer outcomes
- Komatsu equipment knowledge
- Preferred R&M Care knowledge
- Able to use Microsoft Office software, in particular Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate efficiently with customers
- Someone who is willing to provide customer feedback during critical points of a job.
