Domestic Marketing Manager (NSW Smart & Skilled)

The Australian College of Community and Health Services (ACCHS), a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 45182), CRICOS provider and an approved provider under the NSW Smart & Skilled program, is currently in need of a Domestic Marketing Manager to facilitate the expansion of our presence in the domestic market. ACCHS is dedicated to delivering high-quality Vocational Education and Training, and we are on a path of growth. We aim to broaden our educational offerings across New South Wales by leveraging Traineeship, TNI, EFQ, TPFQ programs funded by the NSW Smart and Skilled Government initiative.
Situated in prime locations, including the vibrant Parramatta and a Sydney CBD campus, ACCHS boasts state-of-the-art facilities. The Domestic Marketing Manager must be ready to become an integral part of a thriving RTO, CRICOS of ACCHS. This professional, driven individual will focus on establishing robust business relationships within the aged care and childcare sectors, by willing to visit all aged care and childcare organisations on a regular basis. The primary goal is to foster trust in the education we offer through government-funded Traineeship programs and also all the training products to the agents and overseas markets. Drawing on their knowledge of the NSW traineeship program, the chosen candidate will secure new business, cultivate and maintain relationships with all stakeholders to ensure the success of our students and key employers.
The marketing manager also must travel regularly to meet Agents to maintain our relationships and secure new students (onshore or offshore).
Responsibilities for this role include:
  • Report and assist our Director with marketing CRM.
  • Engage with all current and new Agents to recruit onshore of offshore students.
  • Meet our Agents on a daily basis.
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with employers to promote our Traineeship programs.
  • Driving new business opportunities and providing valuable training through the traineeship program.
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business relationships with both existing and potential clients, including prompt email and phone communication.
  • Focusing on growing our traineeship program by fostering strong relationships within the industry.
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • A full driver's license and the willingness to travel. This is a must.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence and the ability to deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders while building new business relationships.
  • A solid understanding of the Traineeship and Apprenticeship programs funded through the NSW Government (Desired)
  • While experience is valued, we provide comprehensive training and support.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and align with our RTO values.
