About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Physiotherapy, Allied Health team as a Early Career Physiotherapist, where you will be responsible for providing appropriate assessment, treatment, education and health promotion services to neonates, women, children, adolescents, and their families. This position is a part of the Physiotherapy Department rotating system and may work across all areas of the health service (including Women’s Health, Respiratory, Orthopaedics, Neurodevelopmental and Hospital in the Home).
About You
We invite applications from recent graduates in Physiotherapy or those in the early stages of their Physiotherapy careers (2 years professional experience or less) who are eager to build experience within a multidisciplinary team at SA Health.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- The appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia
- Well refined communication and conflict resolution skills
- The ability to work under defined timeframes and to demonstrate effective time management
- Knowledge of relevant and contemporary Physiotherapy theories and models relating to management of paediatric and women’s health patients.
