(“CSL”) which operates a highly diversified fleet of specialised self-unloading vessels, off-shore transhippers and Handysize bulk carriers. About the position

CSL Australia is currently looking for a permanent full time FOTB Electrical Engineer to join our Floating Transfer Offshore Barge (FOTB) on a roster schedule 6 weeks on and 6 weeks off. This operation is based in Whyalla, South Australia. Electrical Engineers report to the FOTB Electrical Engineering Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting daily inspection of electrical equipment;

Maintaining electrical equipment;

Ensuring operation of Transhipment Facility power generation:

Carrying out preventative maintenance and repair; and

The performance of other duties as required, provided they fall within the competencies/skill levels of Employees concerned.

About you

Educational requirement: marine engineering background with experience in transhipment operations (preference)

MSIC Card (required or ability to obtain)

Current AMSA Medical (required or ability to obtain)

Australian Citizen or Unlimited Working Rights (required)
