Evaluation & Reporting Manager

In this pivotal position, you'll craft and implement robust evaluation and reporting frameworks that are essential for program assessments across a diverse range of services and initiatives. Your collaborative spirit will shine as you work closely with key stakeholders, driving the successful achievement of program objectives while enhancing the evaluation capabilities of service managers.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Evidenced research and analytical skills preferably with a background in statistics, mathematics or economics and the implementation of evaluation frameworks based on Theory of Change/Program Logic Models.
- Strong technical skills including programming skills, business intelligence software skills, and statistical software skills.
- A thorough understanding of data collection, processing, modelling, analysis and communication as they relate to program effectiveness, operational efficiency, and quality in higher education.
- Proven ability to extract and analyse data from complex and diverse data sets and systems and to utilise business analysis tools to develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics.
- High-level of strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain excellent relationships with a diverse range of professional and academic stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
