About the role:
This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience:

Deliver exceptional customer service, via face to face, phone and email communication, Maintain electronic filing systems, Data entry
Assist Senior staff with administrative tasks, Event Co-ordination and on-site Event Preparation and set-up
Organise workshops, Co-ordinate Travel Arrangements, Prepare documents, Manage calendars, and Update Educational Materials
Assist with the Online Education Platform and help create new Education Materials; including online courses and presentations

What we’re looking for:

Good communication and interpersonal skills, tech savvy

(Familiar with Apple Macs and I-phones is a MUST), strong administrative and organisational skills

Takes initiative, eager and willing to learn, attention to detail, strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously
Ability to travel nationwide and be available on weekends to attend, co-ordinate and set up a range of Events
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Driver’s License and Own Vehicle
