Experienced Pastry Cook - Cakes & Cream Specialist
We are seeking an experienced pastry cook with previous experience in cakes and cream.
The successful applicant must be committed to our baking team on a daily basis.
You must also be a team player, have a positive attitude, and be responsible. You be willing to work in a team environment and autonomously.

The Roles
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Checking oven temperature while baking
• Making cream.
• Mixing batters and fillings according to recipes and instructions.
• Operating mixers, blenders, and other baking equipment.
• Monitoring the consistency and quality of the batters.
• Preparing baking trays and pans.
• Monitoring baking times and temperatures to ensure products are baked to perfection.
• Rotating trays in ovens to ensure even baking.
• Decorating cakes and cupcakes using different icings and toppings to ensure beautiful and exciting presentation.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly cooking station and adhering to health and safety standards.

The position Requires
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within a similar role or work environment.

• Have a right to work in Australia
• Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a similar role with references
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be a team player
• Highly organized and efficient
• Candidate must be presented and punctual.
