In Australia, we take the milk we collect from our farmers, and our eight manufacturing sites across Victoria and Tasmania and turn this into dairy foods that generations of Australians have grown up with and love, including Perfect Italiano™, Mainland™, Western Star™, and Bega™. We also sell dairy ingredients to many of the world’s leading food companies and partner with foodservices business across the country to get dairy foods into chef’s hands.
Your purpose
As a Farm Source Service Centre Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for a range of milk scheduling, collection, quality, transactional and relationship issues, ensuring the satisfaction of the supplier base by appropriately managing issues with internal business partners. Key responsibilities:

• Liaising with key internal stakeholders across various parts of the business to ensure supplier milk information is complete and up to date
• Responding to inbound calls by creating and managing Salesforce cases related to milk collection queries, digital support, milk payments, and general farmer enquiries and complaints
• Plan the collection of all farm milk, meeting all HACCP and legislative requirements, while ensuring that all company vehicles and drivers are scheduled in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible
• Managing outbound calls related to open cases, including milk quality support, on-farm hygiene issues, grading queries, food safety issues, and milk quality and Farm Source field related queries promptly
• Prepare reports on customer activity and feedback as required

About you
We are looking for candidates that ideally have a background in logistics planning and customer service within a supply chain environment. We are also happy to speak to recent graduates in the industry. You can also demonstrate:

• Prior planning experience within a similar supply chain environment will be highly regarded
• Ability to analyse data outputs and make changes in the moment
• Ability to pick up and work with multiple systems - proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Salesforce experience highly regarded)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple queries simultaneously
