Female Personal Care Support Worker

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Female Personal Care Support Workers (Participant preference) to provide in-home support to NDIS participants in Broadmeadows, Glenroy, and Surrounding suburbs in VIC. Candidates with previous experience working with participants with Manual Handling, Personal care, Behavior of Concerns, Autism, OCD, ADHD, and ASD will be prioritized.

Job Summary:
- Assisting with personal care, such as daily hygiene and getting dressed, includes Manual handling.
- Helping with household chores, such as cooking, laundry, and cleaning
- Taking participants grocery shopping
- Transporting participants to medical appointments
- Providing social support to participants and helping them engage in social & community-based activities
- Role modeling for positive social behavior & positive relationship
- Providing emotional support & an open ear
- Following organization policy and procedure for work, health & safety, and reporting accordingly
- Complete all related administrative duties.
Pay: $32.00 – $37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
