Female Support Worker (Mental Health Background)

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Female Support Worker with a background in mental health to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of mental health issues, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and progress.

Qualifications:

Fluency in English.
Previous experience working in mental health support or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and situations.
A relevant qualification in mental health or social services is preferred.

Pay: $30.00 – $34.00 per hour

First Aid & CPR Certification (Preferred)
Working with Children Check (Preferred)
Driver Licence (Preferred)
NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Preferred)
CFA Certificate (Preferred)
Infection and Prevention Control Certificate (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

Australia (Preferred)
