The opportunity…
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing and calibrating medical equipment across various medical facilities. You'll work closely with a dedicated team of engineers, clinicians, and support staff to ensure optimal performance and patient safety.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on critical care equipment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
  • Perform preventive maintenance checks to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Document service activities accurately and maintain service records.
  • Participate in equipment installations and upgrades.

Experience required:
  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
  • Willingness to travel
