About the Role
As a Frame & Truss Manufacturer, you will play a key role in the production of timber wall panels and roof trusses. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality and safety standards are met every day. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help us continue to provide top-tier products to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret detailed manufacturing drawings to produce accurate, high-quality products.
- Operate equipment including truss jigs, jack press, saws, drills, and nail guns.
- Ensure production targets for quality, safety, and service are consistently met.
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Share knowledge and skills with your team, contributing to a culture of respect and integrity.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and reduce waste.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in timber frame and truss manufacturing (desirable).
- Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude.
- Certificate III in Timber Truss and Frame Manufacture (desirable).
- Reliable transport to get to work.
