About the role:

Coral Sands Beachfront Resort is seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Set in a stunning beachfront location, our resort offers a relaxed atmosphere where guests come to unwind, and our team members play an essential role in ensuring they enjoy every moment of their stay.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, creating a friendly and positive first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Answer guest inquiries, address concerns, and provide local information to enhance their experience.
• Handle reservations, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner.
• Maintain a neat and organised front desk area.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs and uphold resort standards.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Providing concierge services, including recommendations on local attractions and activities
• Adhering to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or hotel reception.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient with computer systems; experience with reservation software is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A welcoming personality with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
