Position Overview:
We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Front of front-of-house servers to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests promptly, courteously, and warmly
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer customer inquiries
• Take and process orders accurately using our abacus POS system
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and care
• Clear tables, wipe down surfaces and perform all front-of-house cleaning duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a team player mentality
• Demonstrates respect for diverse cultural backgrounds and the ability to work harmoniously with team members from various cultures
• Flexible availability
• Familiarity with Abacus POS systems is a plus
• Have the legal right to work in Australia
