Job description
Gelatissimo is an Australian grown global gelato retailer selling high quality gelato with a fast growing network both local and international markets. Must be available on public holidays.
Artisan Gelato maker role ( must be available 4-5 shifts per week - between Mon to Sat: Day 11am up to 5pm)
1. This role requires some strength and fast pace as we will be blending of ingredients, pouring, lifting, extracting and gelato sculpting.
2. Ability to lift at least 8-10kg.
3. Responsible for gelato production, customer service and other store operations
4. Full training will be provided

Location: Kirribilli store just 2 minutes walk from Milsons Point station (2 stops from Town Hall).
