Your duties will be:
- Churning fresh gelato on a daily basis
- Monitor stock to ensure a constant supply of gelato
- Ensure the kitchen is always clean. Maintain and implement correct Food Safety Practices
- Orders and stock management
- Help with deliveries
- Help front of house service when needed
- Able to work in excess of 25 hours per week
- Have previous experience in busy environments, worked in a kitchen in any position or behind the bar or as a waiter
- Have an excellent grasp of English and the ability to communicate with all types of people
