We are hard-working, down-to-earth, and passionate Geotechprofessionals, providing quality geotechnical site investigation, analysis, anddesign advice to the construction, infrastructure, mining and energy sectors.
Our Perth-based tailings team is looking to bringon two graduate-level geotechnical engineers with an interest in the geotechnical design of tailings storage facilities.
We have one position open for November 2024 and another starting in January 2025.
Key Responsibilities

Working with the technical team to develop, provide and promote design solutions, options and initiatives to meet client needs
Undertake field work including site investigations, construction phase support and site inspections.
Work with the senior technical team to contribute to detailed designs for projects ranging from building foundations to temporary works, infrastructure and tailings storage facilities.
Undertake technical and non-technical tasks and take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of our work

Qualifications/Experience/Attributes

Qualified Geotechnical/Civil Engineer
Good analytical skills and prior knowledge of geotechnical design software will be viewed favourably (Plaxis, Rocscience Slide, RSPile, Settle3, Limit State Geo etc.)
Experience working on tailings storage facilities is preferred but not necessary.
Exceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written
A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail is a must
Current Aus drivers license
Combination of office-based and field-based work, ability to travel
