Are you looking to take Guest Experience to new heights? How would you like to spend your day in one of the Sunshine Coast's most iconic tourist attractions?
Are you passionate, highly motivated and love working in a dynamic environment within a team?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us here in sunny Mooloolaba!

• Coordinating sleepovers, school tours, workshops and parties
• Deliver multiple talks daily to the general public including at our touch pool
• Actively promote other experiences and tickets through upselling
• Deliver consistently high guest service to increase our guest satisfaction - measurable through our KPI targets.
• Coordinate the bookings, setup and help to run our soon-to-launch for our new Virtual Reality attraction

• A strong communicator in which you possess exceptional interpersonal skills with a high level of confidence in public speaking.
• Excellent spoken English and confident presentation skills are all required.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• An ability to have a flexible and adaptable approach.
• Demonstrated planning and time management.
• Prior knowledge of Marine Life/Studying Marine Biology is considered advantageous.
• Additionally experience teaching and/or working with children in the education space is preferrable for this role.
• Holding a current Blue Card and First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain one if successful) is also required.
