Harrisons is the signature fine dining restaurant at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, proudly led by award-winning chef Spencer Patrick. With 17 years of delivering culinary excellence in Port Douglas, Harrisons is known for setting the standard in fine dining, offering daily specials crafted from the best seasonal Australian produce, complemented by an extensive wine and beverage list.

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced and professional Section Waiter to join our passionate team. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working with a small group of dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering the highest level of service.

What we’re looking for:

At least 2 years of experience in a fine dining setting

Exceptional customer service and organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a team environment with strong communication skills

Professionalism, punctuality, and a well-groomed appearance

Confidence in multitasking and working efficiently under pressure

A strong work ethic and desire to continually grow in your career

Flexibility to work nights and weekends (RSA required)
