• Working with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef deliver an exceptional standard of fine-dining meals consistently
• Take ownership for designated dining period and work effectively alongside the front of house team
• Efficient and effective work style with high levels of food standard and compliance with HACCP at all times
• Provide training for new and existing associates in the required skills and knowledge
• Undertake and supervise daily food preparation in anticipation and response of service requirements
  

• A strong work ethic with high levels of personal standards and a desire to deliver a fantastic product every time
• Trade Qualified with strong HACCP knowledge
• Extensive previous experience in a fine-dining environment either within Australia or Internationally
• The ability to work under pressure
• Talented and creative with high levels of personal motivation and drive
• Excellent communication skills and be a true team player
• Flexible approach to working hours and shifts
