permanent full-time basis

About the role
· Recruitment and onboarding
· Employee retention and relations
· Performance management
· Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, standards, and regulations.
· Liaison with referral sources, staff members, and clients as needed.
· General duties: assist with WC, audits, maintain inboxes, and administrative tasks
· On-call on a rotating roster
About you
· Minimum 2 years experience in HR or similar; working towards or completion of an HR qualification is advantageous
· Understanding of the SCHADs and Nurses award, ensuring compliance
· Strong understanding of relevant legislation
· Confident working in a fast-paced environment
· Strong professional communication and customer service skills
· Developed time-management skills with the ability to multitask to meet competing priorities and deadlines
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· The ability to use initiative, work independently and collaboratively
Essential:
· Current Australian National Police Check
· Current First Aid and CPR certificate
· Valid driver's licence
· NDIS check or willingness to obtain
· Flexibility and a can-do attitude
· A genuine and caring approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
