About the Role
Reporting to the Head of HR, University Partnerships Australasia (UPA), this role partners with key stakeholders within a portfolio of colleges and/or business units; building a commercial understanding of their strategies, business imperatives, operational needs and people requirements. This role will suit a seasoned HR Generalist with experience in ER/IR, performance management and talent development. You will have the capability to step into leadership roles for specific HR projects and initiatives.
The person we seek will ideally have the following:

The person we seek will ideally have the following:
- Ability to build relationships at all levels, influence key stakeholders
- Able to work efficiently and navigate through ambiguity
- Significant experience in ER/IR
- Education sector experience desirable but not essential
- Tertiary qualification in HR or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated leadership in management of change
- Provide advice and coaching to leaders as a trusted business partner
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Experience leading others and achieving goals as a team
