As the Talent Acquisition Partner at RØDE, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by attracting and retaining top talent across various functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand current and future staffing needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber candidates.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates through online channels, networking, and industry events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining timely communication and providing relevant updates.
- Collaborate with the P&C team to optimize recruitment processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to inform recruitment strategies.
- Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, analyse hiring trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Represent RODE at industry conferences, job fairs, and other networking events to promote our employer brand and expand our talent pipeline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar recruiting role within the tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods for both blue and white collar roles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for audio technology and a keen interest in staying abreast of industry developments and innovations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Please note this is a 5 days per week on site role.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP).
- Prior experience recruiting for a manufacturer or distributor of professional audio equipment.
