Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring that staff have the necessary resources to perform their roles efficiently.
- Supervise and support staff, ensuring adherence to work health and safety policies and participant rights, including privacy and confidentiality.
- Lead the planning and delivery of participant support in collaboration with carers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all participant-related documentation is maintained, reviewed, and updated in line with organizational policies.
- Contribute to case reviews and participate in staff meetings, performance development, and policy reviews.
- Conduct random audits to ensure compliance with daily documentation and service procedures.
- Identify and address potential risks to participants or the organization, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate induction and ongoing training for new staff.
- Ensure staff are well-supported and equipped with necessary resources.
- Maintain company vehicle safety and service schedules.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and participant documentation.
- Complete and maintain accurate documentation as per procedure.
- Implement solutions for any identified risks and ensure mitigation measures are in place.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in social work, disability services, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar or lower management position.
- Strong organizational skills, able to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Passionate about participant-centered care and social inclusion.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of ethics and professionalism.
