We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team.
Due South was a vision created by local businessman and was launched on the 27th of October 2014. Since then, Due South and The Great Southern Wine Centre, have maintained the simple focus of showcasing the best of the Great Southern, through supporting local suppliers, building a strong selection of local wines and using fresh produce.
As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a motivated, high-performing team that delivers unforgettable experiences to our guests.
EMPLOYEE DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS (but not limited to)
· Managing and organising daily operations
· Provide and maintain a safe, happy & productive work environment
· Managing and organising daily operations
· Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, training staff to meet these expectations.
· Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
· Hire, train, and supervise front of house employees
· Assigning tasks and coordinating work shifts, timetables and staff leave
· Monitoring of payroll timesheets & rosters
· Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
· Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

• Public holidays
• Rotating roster
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Restaurant management: 1 year (Preferred)
