Kitchen Staff Wanted - Chef
We are looking for chef who thrive on working in a busy, fast paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service to every customer.
As a Chef you will need to:
- Work well in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Have a positive, friendly attitude
- Be able to work a flexible roster and a team player
- Be passionate about delivering fantastic customer service
- Managing multiple sections in kitchen
- Ordering stock, skill of control stock level and food costs
- Skill of rostering staff
Experienced required:
- Must have Cert IV in commercial cookery
- Minimum 3 years experiences as a chef
- Must be available to work on weekends and rostering staff
- Must be able to manage multiple sections in kitchen in busy environment
- Have a positive attitude and cooperative behaviour
- Passionate in providing high quality of food service
- Ordering stock, controlling stock level and food costs
