Role Description:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in empowering our clients to achieve their goals and enhance their independence. You will provide person-centered care and support tailored to each client's unique needs, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and domestic tasks.
- Implement personalised support plans and monitor progress toward individual goals.
- Support clients in community participation and engagement, promoting social inclusion.
- Provide emotional support, encouragement, and advocacy to clients and their families.
- Document accurate records of client interactions, progress, and incidents.
Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience in working with individuals with disabilities, including a variety of age groups and needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and a diverse team.

- Flexibility and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
