About the job
As the Immunology Marketing Graduate, your role will be to primarily support the Marketing Managers (Respiratory & Dermatology) in the implementation of the 2025 marketing strategies for the Dupixent portfolio, to achieve assigned 2025 sales targets or launch preparations.

Main responsibilities:
- Work with external agencies and Dupixent Brand Teams to co-ordinate the development, implementation and measurement of omni-channel brand materials, activities and initiatives.
- Support the commercial teams to implement, update and refresh digital content on the Sanofi website (Campus), across Dupixent indications in line with 2025 Brand Plans and local / Global editorial content plans.
- Support activities as a part of “Go-to-Market” Transformation
- Performance analysis and monitoring of initiatives across channels to identify opportunities, analyse competitors and drive insights.
- Ensure all business and promotional activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standards, including Medicines Australia and Sanofi internal Code of Conduct.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, using set guidelines, and make recommendations for improvements within code of conduct guidelines.

We’re looking for Graduates who:
- Have an interest in health and Science and completed an undergraduate degree in the areas of Business, Commerce or Science with a major in Marketing, Medical or Health Science Marketing, from a recognised tertiary institution by December 2024. Or have completed your relevant university qualification within the past 2 years (since December 2022).
About you
- Are eager to develop themselves and will take ownership of their role.
- Ability to understand, synthesise and communicate complex/scientific information (verbal and written) with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills relating to data and metrics analysing performance of initiatives across channels to identify opportunities, analyse competitors and drive insights.
- Have demonstrable digital content creation, Adobe Illustrator or video editing skills will be highly regarded
- Graduates that have demonstrable proficiency or previous experience with sales or marketing experience will be highly regarded
To be eligible for this role, you will need to be located in (or planning to relocate to) Sydney by January 2025.
You must have completed an undergraduate degree from a recognised tertiary institution by December 2024, or have completed your relevant university qualification within the past 2 years (no earlier than December 2022).
