This position is responsible for implementation of marketing initiatives for Australia market in a bid to accelerate the local activation plans and to fuel the brand awareness drive. The individual assists in flawlessly executing all marketing initiatives with focus on in-store promotion, local partnership program with landlord, in-store visual merchandising, customer loyalty and partnership marketing program to drive company’s sales and profits in local markets.
Key Responsibilities
In-Store Promotion and CRM program

Implement product launch activities that drive the business growth
Monitor VIP recruitment in local markets and execution of the CRM events.
Execute and monitor the new store activation program to drive traffic and transaction.
Identify the local business opportunity and propose the local activation program to drive sales and traffic to our stores
Closely monitor the promotion results and give the valuable feedback / local consumer insights to the central marketing team punctually.

Partnership Program

Identity and develop long-term partnership marketing activities and events with the right working partners such as KOLs or VIPs.
Leverage existing and cultivate new relationships with top media, freelance fashion stylists and industry leaders.
Work closely with the marketing team of the individual landlords in the local markets in order to drive local brand awareness (through brand new news update on mall’s communication channel and maximization of branding exposure for individual mall with presence of Golden Goose store) and building business in each store through joint events with local landlords.

VM Communications

Manage paid influencers collaboration to push hero products: identity candidates, supervise & review contents, evaluate performance.
Keep close monitoring of all influencer activities of competitors.
Build up and maintain closer relationship with qualified influencers.

Job Requirement

Degree qualification or equivalent experience
2+ years marketing and promotion experience in luxury or retail industry
Team player with energetic, open, and forthcoming attitude
Strong execution skills with good understanding of local target consumers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills 
Driven to execute efficiently and accurately 
Professional demeanor
Proactive, ambitious and flexible

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
Supplementary Pay:

Annual bonus
Overtime pay
