Job description
As the Marketing and Sales Officer, you will report to the CEO and work closely including the admin and admissions team to support and promote the courses and services to the existing / new education and migration agencies/agents to enrol international student from both offshore and onshore markets. You will contribute to the development and execution of vigorous B2B marketing via visiting to the onshore stakeholder and support the ongoing enrolment operations between the stakeholders and admissions team. You will also be involved in the email and digital marketing of our existing channels and identification of market trends across the onshore and offshore markets and communicate with the CEO to plan future marketing and engagement initiatives for the organisation.
Marketing and Sales Officer – Full-time or Part-time
To be successful in the role, you will have:
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Reads, interprets, and evaluates students' academic credentials and makes admission recommendations.
  • Computer skills including the use of word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications
  • Experience working in a Marketing and sales role within a VET provider (CRICOS)
  • Experience with Student Management System
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet KPI’s
  • Strong customer service and time management skills

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, liaise and consult with key stakeholders (such as onshore and offshore agencies) to recruit international students
  • Accurately represents the services we provide and the training products on our scope of registration to the stakeholders.
  • Identify, source and produce engaging marketing relationship with the education and migration agents, face to face, phone, web and email channels.
  • Manage the Agent Network for Swanston Institute as required and Monitor agents’ activities with documentation to ensure compliance adhering to Swanston Institute policies and procedures.
  • Conduct market and competitor research including employment and vocational trend enrolments for onshore and offshore
  • Be responsible as the primary contact for all student enrolment promote product and services to the agents/students primarily via phone calls, emails and in-person walk ins.
  • Achieve student recruitment targets monthly and report on performance against key initiatives and enrolment targets
  • Provide business development opportunities that benefit the college
  • Develop, implement and evaluate lead generation, conversion from the Letter of Offer to Co E.
  • Develop marketing material and content including social media marketing and communications for onshore and offshore markets
  • Develop and evaluate marketing and recruitment strategies/campaigns/promotional activities for agents/students.
  • Actively contribute to the student administration team and working in collaboration regarding student enrolments keeping informed to the admin and admissions, accounts, other staffs at Swanston Institute and stakeholders as required.
  • Assist to gather all student documents, files and records up to date on or before the enrolment is completed, liaise with agents/students for more documents and provide accurate, timely and concise information to admin and admissions team.
  • Communicate with agents for more document or required information, follow up with agent / student for pending offer letter, initial deposits and Co E issuance etc.
  • Providing support to the management, compliance for marketing/promotional areas as required, stay abreast to changes and updates in SRTO 2015, ESOS act and National Code 2007 notify and update all the team members time to time.
  • Assist and liaise in reporting data to regulator, other government bodies and internal/external compliance audits.

Pay: $47,741.34 – $65,000.00 per year
