Role: Individual Support - Trainer and Assessor

Salary: $50 to $65 per hour
What We Are Looking For:
Our company is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). They are looking for qualified Trainer and Assessor for Individual Support and who will take classes online. To be a successful trainer, you will need to have an in-depth knowledge of Individual Support and a passion for mentioning and passing on your knowledge to the next generations. Inspire and deliver the assigned programs using their extensive knowledge, past experience, and examples guided by comprehensive learning materials. Provide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of programs.
This is a contractual role and the successful candidates will be rewarded with a generous amount.
Qualifications and other requirements:
· Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support.
· TAE is preferred or willing to get one
· Atleast 1-2 Experience in training, teaching, or lecturing is desirable.
· Be able to demonstrate trainer matrix relevant to the course
· Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong time-management and organisational skills
· Knowledge of current industry standards and practices
· Confidence and motivation to deliver first-class education.
Sensitivity and the ability to adapt teaching styles to students of different cultural backgrounds
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 – $65.00 per hour
Experience:

• training, teaching, or lecturing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Individual Support - Trainer and Assessor: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Preferred)
• TAE (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Preferred)

Work Location: Remote
