In this role you will:
- Manage a notification team to deliver strong, service-oriented engagement with individuals involved in a notification process and other external and internal stakeholders.
- Provide expert regulatory advice in the case management of notifications consistent with agreed risk thresholds, current legislation, relevant principles, established policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate behaviours that enable a positive, team-based performance culture and staff well-being.
- Ensure achievement of performance goals that contribute to consistent, quality and timely management of cases.
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support efficient, sustainable person-centred processes for managing concerns about practitioners.
