The Position
As a Kitchen Hand you’ll be supporting and working very closely with our Back of House team.
Our restaurant will be open for breakfast and lunch 7-days per week
Availability for this role: 7:30am - 4:30pm - must be avaiable weekends
Your main responsibilities will include
- Adhering to the kitchen's hygiene processes and procedures
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- Assisting the kitchen team with prep , cooking , packing deliveries
- Assisting the kitchen and front of house with the production ofmeals and drinks
- Ensuring all aspects of the Kitchen and FOH are always clean
- Washing all dishes, pots, pans, utensils used for food preperation and serving
- Cleaning all dishes, glasses, folks , knifes etc to ensure front of house is operational
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, counters, and appliances.
- Removing waste from kitchen bins and ensuring proper recycling or disposal.
- 2 years’ experience as a kitchen hand
- Ability to prepare cook food, cleaning, stock control
- Have a hands-on approach
- Previous kitchen hand experience – reliable, honest and consistent

Pay: $25.00 – $38.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Have you completed a Food Handling Certificate ?
- High School (Year 9-11) (Preferred)
- Kitchen Hand: 2 years (Preferred)
- Food Preperation: 2 years (Required)
- Cooking in Comercial Kitchen: 2 years (Preferred)
- Australia (Required)
