Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals, ensuring quality and attention to dietary requirements
• Collaborate with the kitchen team for seamless operation and support
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas and equipment
• Complete and maintain food safety/HACCP documentation
• Follow and adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

What We’re Looking For

• A team player with strong communication skills
• Ability to use and maintain industrial kitchen equipment

• Commitment to treating residents and colleagues with respect and professionalism

Essential Criteria

• Current National Police Certificate
• Valid Driver’s License

Desirable Criteria

• Experience in an aged care environment
• Italian-speaking ability
• Familiarity with accreditation and continuous improvement practices in aged care
