We are looking for an seasoned gardener who has great understanding of landscaping practices & techniques, including the ability to correctly use a range of tools & equipment.
The right person offers a range of hands-on skills, has an appetite to learn and share knowledge & is passionate about delivering high standards. Working within a small team of committed workers with enthusiasm & competency is a must.
This is a long-term position, with full time hours based in Ashfield & surrounding areas.

Here’s what we need from you :
· Landscaping/ Maintenance experience.
· Qualifications Advantageous.
· Hold a current Drivers License.
· Be able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs and train apprentices/ junior staff.
· Honest and trustworthy.
· Experience with both residential construction and maintenance work would help.
· Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch.
· Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers.
. Willing to provide a national police check, driving record and working with children's checks
You will need to be self-motivated team player, high standard communication skills, keeping your team positive & motivated whilst displaying high professional standards.
You will enjoy hands on work, using initiative & able to think on your feet. Working in a team & individually, your excellent eye for detail will always make sure we exceed clients’ expectations.
We would also consider applicants currently in another trade that fit the criteria, looking for a career change & new challenge and have relatable skills.
