PHE are a leading service provider to the construction, mining, energy and infrastructure industries with a comprehensive range of skilled personnel light vehicles, heavy vehicles, and equipment.
We are currently seeking applications from experienced Leading Hand Mechanics, who are interested in joining a long-standing company during an exciting period of growth.
This position will be based out of our Gympie Workshop. Your role will include the completion of mechanical repairs, services and diagnostics on a diverse range of Heavy and light vehicles, plant equipment and machinery.
- Maintain and develop maintenance documentation
- Ensure all Equipment meet QA and Safety requirements
To be successful you will have the following skills and experience
- Relevant Trade Qualifications (preferably light vehicle)
- Significant experience in mechanical repairs, maintenance, and field service of Light Vehicles, Trucks, Telehandlers & Elevated Work Platforms
- The ability to work independently whilst maintaining a high quality of work
- Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)
- HC Licence would be highly regarded but not essential
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience
- Strong Mechanical Knowledge
- Reliable, punctual, hard-working and self-motivated
- Hold or be able to obtain a National Police Clearance
