Level 2 Support Engineer - Melbourne Australia

About the Job:
As the Level 2/ L2 Support Engineer in Melbourne, you will be responsible for dealing with technical issues escalated from the helpdesk function and working with end user to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems along with supporting the business on project-based requirements and IMACS.

To provide support on Client operating platform, this position is responsible for desktop/end user technologies, collaboration tools, and mobile technologies and printing, this includes the laptop/mobile devices, video conferencing, network/remote access. This position works collaboratively with the Service Desk for end user break/fix and other support functions.

What will you do?

• Provide Mac and Windows, software, and hardware support, onsite in a corporate environment
• Stage, provision, and deploy IT machines to end users following established processes
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and implement fixes for a variety of technologies
• Configure, troubleshoot, and deploy mobile devices & other audio / visual equipment
• Troubleshoot VPN
• Follow appropriate KB articles
• Manage workload via ticketing software
• Prioritize and complete work in a group and independently with minimal supervision
• Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
• Inventory management of IT assets including asset auditing
• Other duties as assigned
• Experience working in an ITIL environment
• Assist in Mac and Windows transformation projects
• Report under Wipro processes and org structure
• This role is working Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM (Inclusive Lunch)

Salary:
We offer AUS $ 68,000 annual gross +
