The new-look Eaton Tavern is your local pub that will include family style restaurant, large open bar areas, sports bar, TAB, little kids play area, landscaped alfresco, retro Arcade parlour, and large drive-thru with walk in bottle shop.
Reporting to the Head Chef and Executive Chef for the Group, successful candidates will become the core kitchen brigade! Food and Family Dining form a huge part of our venue identity, we'll rely on you to punch out a delicious, consistent product for the local community.
We are seeking to fill casual and full time positions for the Eaton Tavern Kitchen.
Successful candidates will have the following attributes and capabilities:
Previous experience in fast and large kitchen operations,
Familiarity with Australian safety procedures and food handling practices.
Ready for a fast-paced service environment.
Team Player with good communication skills.
Ability to work, nights, weekends and public holidays.
Passion for Food!
Ability to train and lead cooks/chefs on the line (preferred)
